How to Brew a Delicious Cup of Coffee
- Fill the COSORI CO108-NK Gooseneck Kettle with the appropriate amount of water, press the "COFFEE/205°F" Preset, and wait for a few minutes.
- Grind fresh coffee beans to the right fineness using the COSORI Coffee Grinder.
- Pour the freshly ground coffee into the COSORI Pour Over Coffee Maker.
- Slowly pour the boiling water over the ground coffee in a swirling motion.
- The coffee will drip slowly into the pot, and the delicious coffee will be ready.
Descaling and Cleaning the Kettle
- Fill the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
- Boil the liquid and let it sit for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe the inside.
- Rinse the kettle with clean water and dry it with a soft, clean cloth.
- Repeat the process as needed.
Note: 1. Add at least 118 mL of filtered water to the kettle. Do not fill above the 'MAX' line. Wipe any water from the outside of the kettle and the base. 2. It's normal if your kettle shows spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is particularly hard.
